safety alert on Quidel Triage Cardiac Panel,
manufactured by Quidel Cardiovascular
Inc. (QuidelOrtho).
This alert is due to the fact that the
the manufacturer has received and confirmed
complaints of low recovery for troponin in
proficiency samples on Quidel Triage
Cardiac Panel products, where customers
may experience negatively biased troponin
results due to the signal reduction in the
below medical devices.
